360 Performance Evaluation and Feedback

We believe that each employee should be rewarded for their efforts and their contribution to our company. Regarding on this belief, we conduct our performance evaluations once a year based on the annual goals and performance. We share the evaluation results by one-on-one interviews with our employees. In the interviews we give feedbacks on their strengths and areas which can be improved. We support these areas with relevant training.

We carry out the “Employee Satisfaction Assessment” annually in accordance with our goal of moving the happiness of our employees to higher levels within the company. We determine our own areas of development by getting feedback on the working lives of all our employees and we make our annual plans according to these feedbacks.
