We have successfully launched the SAP QM (Quality Management) module in Lesaffre Turkiye’s Amasya, Adana and Lüleburgaz facilities!
What made this project special was the vision, determination and leadership of the Lesaffre Turkiye team.
🔹 Mr. Gökçer Yılmaz, Quality Director, who took the lead of the project, took an active role in every step of the process for the end-to-end digitalization of quality processes.
Our project manager Mr. Erol Gürgen managed the project with great dedication and meticulousness; he successfully coordinated the entire transition process with his team.
