The project covers the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across 8 countries and 9 legal entities, including core processes such as Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), Budget Management (FM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Procurement & Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
In addition, Solvia’s bank integration, import and export solutions, as well as e-transformation solutions will support seamless financial and operational integration.
This transformation aims to standardize global processes, increase automation, strengthen real-time reporting capabilities, and build a scalable ERP foundation to support Epsan’s international growth.
