The Strong Future HR project has successfully gone live!

The “Strong Future HR” project, aimed at digitizing all human resources processes from hire to retire at Güres Group, has been successfully launched using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Güres Group, home to Turkey’s largest fully integrated egg production facility, partnered with Solvia on this digital transformation journey.

As part of the project, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning Management System, and Performance & Goals Management modules were implemented. Within this scope, 843 blue-collar employees can now manage leave requests and overtime entries via both SAP SuccessFactors screens and the e-mobile application, while 263 white-collar employees have been provided access to shift entry screens.

With the go-live, HR teams are now able to manage employee data, payroll, time management, performance, and learning processes end-to-end through a centralized and integrated SAP SuccessFactors system.

Through this implementation, Güres Group has established a modern HR infrastructure that supports sustainable growth with fast and flexible systems, accurate and fair processes, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
