We have successfully completed the sprint2 live transition of our Artema SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME) project!
The live transition of sprint2 processes is in harmony with those already delivered in sprint1 which went live in January 2023. In addition to these successful transitions, we’ve completed the work on the processes in our workshops with Artema stakeholders for key manufacturing areas including coating, assembly and molding.
The scope of project already realized has resulted in savings in production costs, achieved with instant traceability, instantaneous production process values reporting and instant display of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) values.
