We continue our success with global projects!
Our JIS project, which supports a more organized and efficient supplier supply network with the Just in Sequence (JIS) approach, is live at global automotive lighting system supplier Odelo Slovenia.
In our project scope we systematically implemented the JIS approach, a strategy that improves complex supply chain networks, with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
Odelo has changed its supplier strategies, which are becoming increasingly important in the automotive industry.
Odelo gains with this project:
Increasing flexibility to respond to customer demands and increasing customer satisfaction,
Increasing the capacity utilization of production and logistics resources,
Shortening inefficiency time,
Reducing in-process inventory without increasing the risk of non-supply,
Reducing operating costs in production and logistics processes,
