Our SAP Payroll Management project has started at TUI Musement, which operates globally and is part of TUI Group, one of the world’s leading tourism groups!
TUI Musement, which manages employee and manager self-service processes through Success Factors, will carry out its payroll management processes through SAP HCM Payroll Management with the project.
-Thanks to SAP Payroll Management, the system will be able to provide all legal notifications by the legislation.
-SuccessFactors will work integrated with the Employee Central Module and create a usage area compatible with Global Assignment Processes.
-It will be possible to manage payment / deduction items based on repetitive and automatic rules without the need for manual operations on a location basis.
-With the SSI integration, it will be possible to notify the employment and exit declarations directly to the SSI, produce entry and exit notification forms, and complete the transactions with complete notification and minimum error rate, thanks to the customized program designed on SAP.
